Nail expression among men was declared a trend in 2020, but lacquer lines from Harry Styles, Machine Gun Kelly and Tyler, the Creator, are betting on its bright future.
Some of MGK’s nail polish names are tongue in cheek (Mary Jane, Slippery When Wet, Psycho Drama, Lobotomy) and the brand offers a variety of box sets.
Tyler, the Creator, is also known for his colorful digits, so easing into fragrance and unisex nails makes sense. PLEASE check out the video > he directed < to intro his nail collection. (If you aren’t aware that he’s also a director, you must track down more of his entertaining videos.)
His brand’s current colors are subtle shades:
Harry Styles is nothing if not consistent with his paint jobs and his look below from @jennynails was for the Met Gala.
Styles launched his own beauty brand, Pleasing. Want to watch him shoot some fun creative for his nail collection? Click below.
Below, British GQ sampled CHANEL Le Vernis shade: BOY DE CHANEL

I want to give a special shout out to USC’s Caleb Williams because he’s a former Sooner and always keeps us guessing his game day statement nails. There are many photos out there, but I’m choosing one from sports writer, Janie McCauley, who got a great shot. Click the link for a closer look.
A big thank you to my paid subscribers!
My single takeaway for brands is - agility.
(You know MGK gave MEGAN FOX x UN/DN LAQR her own set).
